Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on sessions and certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
Can we use other apps besides Zoom?
Utilizing Zoom is currently the best option for sessions. Please have a functional camera or microphone (at least one or the other) for easier understanding.
What if I lose my recording?
If it has been more than a week after our session, then it's likely to have been deleted from the database.
